1. Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand and improve website performance. It may process information such as visited pages, referral source, browser and device type, approximate country or location, and interactions such as clicking a WhatsApp button. GA4 uses a random browser identifier stored in cookies; it does not provide us with your name or phone number.
Google Signals and ad personalization are disabled in our website configuration. Google’s processing is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
2. WhatsApp
When you click a WhatsApp button, you leave our website for WhatsApp. The website does not automatically receive your name or number, but anything you send in the conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s policies and is used to answer your enquiry or support enrollment.
3. Instructor applications
If you apply to become an instructor, we collect your name, email address, phone number, years of experience, specialization and CV. We use this information only to assess your application and contact you about work opportunities.
The application passes through FormSubmit before reaching our private recruitment inbox. FormSubmit states that it retains submission data for 30 days and does not make uploaded files available through its archive. See the FormSubmit documentation. We retain the copy delivered to our recruitment inbox for no longer than six months for unsuccessful candidates, unless you request earlier deletion or agree to a longer period.
The form does not expose the recruitment recipient or applicant data in public website code. We accept PDF files only and apply file-size, file-type and basic automated-submission checks.
4. Children’s data
Our programs serve students ages 6 to 18, but the website does not ask students to create an account or enter personal information. Enquiries and enrollment should be handled by a parent or legal guardian.
5. Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with service providers used for analytics, WhatsApp when you choose to contact us through it, and instructor-form processing. We may keep correspondence for the time needed to follow up or meet legal and accounting obligations.
6. Your choices and rights
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies; this may only affect visit measurement. You can ask to access, correct or delete instructor-application data by contacting us on WhatsApp.

We may update this policy when our services or processing change. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.
